Bader – Spidahl LLC is spearheading a transformative new $10 million housing project on Monroe‘s east side, marking the largest residential development in the city in decades. With this multi-million dollar project, Richland Heights hopes to attract families, employees, new students, and businesses for the future growth of the Monroe community. With some backing from the City of Monroe and the Green County Housing Development Fund, the initiative is set to address a critical shortage of local housing while supporting workforce growth and long-term economic stability. 

The project – named Richland Heights – is a vision years in the making for Bader – Spidahl LLC, who are deeply rooted in the Monroe community. Spanning 47 acres near the new Monroe High School, the development will begin with 50 single family homes ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms, with homes becoming available in 2026.
